Once you’re ready, you’ll be assigned a dedicated Move Manager, your single point of contact throughout the entire process. They’ll design a tailored move plan around your preferences, ensuring maximum efficiency, transparency, and care.
Our specialist team will then professionally pack and prepare your belongings, ready for transport via either sea freight or air freight, depending on your needs.
Sea Freight
Full Container Loads
If you require a full container, we’ll load and seal your personal container at your home before transporting it directly to port for departure.
Less than Container Loads
For smaller consignments, your belongings will be collected, returned to our depot, and consolidated into the next available container service. Containers depart weekly, giving you flexibility on departure and arrival scheduling.
Transit & Customs
Transit times vary depending on destination and customs clearance. Thanks to our OMNI and FIDI-accredited global partners, you’ll receive the same high standards of service at both ends of your move.
Destination Services
On arrival, our trusted agents will unpack, set up, and place your belongings exactly as you prefer — helping your new house feel like home from day one. All packing materials are recycled or disposed of responsibly, in line with our sustainable practices.
Air Freight
For urgent or smaller consignments, air freight offers a faster solution. Your belongings are carefully collected, palletised, and secured at our depot before onward travel.
